About image

When I first married my husband we were in our early 20s, working full time and going to college part time. We would visit my in laws on Friday nights where my Mother in Law would have extraordinary homemade food prepared. Soups, breads, jams, baked goods… they had a farm with horses, goats, chickens and a veggie garden out back. It was a life I admired. And after watching my MIL for a few years I decided to try home made brownies NOT from a box. Wouldn’t you know, they came out awful!

Gradually I got better. Baking became a hobby and somewhere along the lines the seed was planted to start my own business. Friends and family encouraged, supported and gave me the confidence to pursue something that was just a daydream!

Now I’m a Stay At Home Mom of two, in my hometown, with chickens and bunnies in the backyard and a veggie garden out front. My kitchen is licensed, I’m ServSafe Certified and the business is owned and operated by one person.
